It didn't give me the full body workouts i felt I was getting with athleanx, but it did focus on muscle groups pretty well. Let's put it this way, i started vshred right after max/size and i was able to add about 50lbs to the exercises on my last set after a month & a half. Not so much actual shred (i don't diet, just not for me) but definitely was pushing weight. I hated it, but did start to see results. It took about 30-45 mins to do, depending if you had to wait on equipment or not. A day off, repeat for 1 & 1/2 months (boring af), then a change up in the exercises, but same muscle groups. It's literally chest & back, leg & shoulders, and biceps & triceps. 6 days a week, but its just 3 workout combos (6 exercises) each day with either hiit or an ab workout at the end. I only got 2 months into the 3 month program thanks to covid, but i did see size and strength go up.
